Bacon Beef Patties

Combined with variations of pork and beef blended ground meat, cheeses (if so desired), and wonderful Tallgrass bacon choices this wonderful patty is used in a myriad of ways. Got a special request, call or come by and we'll get your sorted with a great combination!

Bacon Chicken Wrap

Chicken bacon wrapped breasts are made with boneless chicken breasts. This bacon wrapped chicken recipe is a great meal! Chicken stuffed with cream cheese and spinach, then wrapped with bacon and oven baked until the bacon is crispy and the chicken is juicy.

Bacon Cinnamon Rolls

Bacon seasoned with maple syrup, sugar, and cinnamon sounds crazy: but is delicious! Also known as "Isaac' Bacon." Great for adding to savory confections or eating with a plate of eggs. This treat is wonderful on the palate!

Bacon Wrapped Hotdog

Add bacon-wrapped hot dogs and cook until bacon is crisp and fully cooked and hot dogs are heated through, about 6 minutes, rotating the hot dogs several times to evenly cook the bacon. Set aside. Evenly spread mayo inside the buns. Remove toothpicks from the hot dogs and place a bacon-wrapped dog in each bun.

Bacon Wrapped Steak

Bacon is often used in cooking filet mignon because of the low levels of fat found in the cut (see barding), as fillets have low levels of marbling, or intramuscular fat. Bacon is wrapped around the fillet and pinned closed with a wooden toothpick. Although, any cut of meat can have the lovely addition of "bacon!"

Beef Kabobs

Kabobs are various cooked meat dishes, with their origins in Middle Eastern cuisine. Many variants are popular throughout Asia, and around the world. Here is select TG beef with various vegetables.

Beef Tenderloin w/ Bacon

The tenderloin is the most tender cut of beef and is also arguably the most desirable and therefore the most expensive.

However, it is generally not as flavorful as some other cuts of beef (e.g. primal rib cuts). For this reason it is often wrapped in bacon to enhance flavor, and/or served with a sauce.

Chicken Kabobs

Kabobs are various cooked meat dishes, with their origins in Middle Eastern cuisine. Many variants are popular throughout Asia, and around the world. Here is select TG chicken with various vegetables.

Each month and during holidays, Tallgrass Meat master butchers will create wonderful meat bundles that come with an added savings for our customers. We have themed bundles, gift bundles (for Christmas and special occasions), and even a sample/mystery bundle we will put together to give you a "taste" of Tallgrass!

Meat Sticks

Beef sticks are a combination of cured and sometimes cooked meats: beef, chicken, pork, cheeses, spices, and combinations to create a wonderful snack. We have almost an unlimited amount of flavors we can do, and just come on by to try a few sample to pick just the right flavor for your pallet.

Pork Rinds

Pork rind is the culinary term for the skin of a pig. It can be fried or roasted in pork fat as a snack. The frying renders much of the fat attached to the uncooked rind, causing the size of the cooked product to be reduced considerably. Unlimited flavors and seasons can be added. Swing by and see our inventory, you won't leave empty handed!

Stuffed Pork Chop

A pork chop, like other meat chops, is a loin cut taken perpendicularly to the spine of the pig and usually containing a rib or part of a vertebra. Pork chops are not processed and are leaner than other cuts of pork. Chops are commonly served as an individual portion. We take this wonderful cut and add: cheeses, choice vegetables, and spices...the combinations are endless!

Stuffed Pork Loin

A sophisticated stuffing of cheeses, spinach, and herbs give this lean and mighty pork loin great flavors. Topped and patted with seasonings both inside and out, simmer or bake for a wonderful finish. We have many variations and can put a batch together for you.


Turducken is a dish consisting of a deboned chicken stuffed into a deboned duck, further stuffed into a deboned turkey. Outside of the United States and Canada, it is known as a three bird roast. Gooducken is a traditional English variant, replacing turkey with goose.
